Very good value, and easy to use

I set up my business account to Tide because my first choice bank was going to take 4 weeks whereas Tide took an afternoon. The bank charges are very low, and the app is easy to use. Poor customer care

Really disappointed with Tide I was a victim of a banking scam this was nearly 2 months ago and the situation has not been resolved, tide doesn’t have anyone at the end of a phone and they are slow to respond to messages through their app. They didn’t respond to my desperate messages on the day the fraud took place for a long time and I didn’t receive anything from the fraud department for 14 hours.
