I have been a Tide business customer for around six months now. The setting up of the account was extremely easy - it took less than an hour whilst I had been over 4 weeks trying to do the exact same thing with the High Street bank where I have been a personal customer for over 20 years. Operationally, the app is extremely easy to use and I have been recommending Tide as a business partner to those looking for business accounts, including my wife who is also a business customer. They have been really great, we had a few problems registering and they were on the phone and helped us out. The fees are low because we don't have an excessive amount of transfers. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
