TERRIBLE - Locked out of my account unable to pay anyone

The company is app-centric, you must use the app to bank. The app won't install on my phone. It was installed on my phone then mysteriously uninstalled itself. Now the app won't reinstall and Tide won't fix it trying to fob me off saying I should ask Google Play, yet every other app installs just fine. Clearly Tide has messed up something and it is their app at fault but they won't take responsibiltiy and just want to pass this off to others. The customer services is absolutely terrible. You have to email them, the response times vary from quick to days. Yet the responses don't even take in to account things you've already said to them, for example telling me to clear space on my phone, yet I've already told them I've got 19GB free. They won't let you speak to anyone in technical, so you end up having everything relayed through a customer service person who has no technical knowledge. When I have a technical issue I want someone who has a hope of fixing it. I'm fine with a checklist of common issues initially, but when those fail you need an escalation path to technical not some pathetic relay conversation where the technical person replying has no customer buy-in and just says "talk to play store". Even when I said just close the account and give me my funds back they had no clue what to do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one will call me at some point in the future, but zero commitment as to when. This is the worst bank I've ever come across and will never use again. Tide has all the features you nee as a small and growing business. The app is straightforward to use and every piece of information is at your fingertips.
