Straight-forward banking

I was dubious about using a completely online bank at first. I liked the convenience of a quick set-up but I was concerned with communication if things went wrong or if I needed support. It was not an issue, online queries are met by human beings who pick up the phone and are helpful, if you have a query. The app is secure buut simple to use.
