Poor experience so far registering company and approval for account

Poor experience so far. I made an application earlier in the week for a business bank account and to register my company. I don't hear anything back for 3 days. After I ring their support team on Friday morning, they say "They will email me on Monday and let me know" and "I can't tell you what they will email you" Pointless and cagey call. I really don't care if the decision is a rejection, but please don't waste my time with a long and cagey approval process (especially with registering a company). I prefer fast decisions and moving on. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
