Since joining tide, its been absolutely brilliant. The service is second to non, the customer service is spot on. The big banks need to take a page out of tides book on customer service 100%, keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 4th March 2022

Tide have closed my business

Tide bank have ‘paused’ my business account without warning stopping my business dead. Hang the phone up, don’t reply to chats or emails. Then did contact me saying they’ll unpause my money if I set up a direct debit for BBLS payment (no repayments have ever been missed), then once done said they’ll not release my balance. Be extremely cautious everyone. Apparently they’re going under! They’ve also taken 2 payments for there-self 3 days apart despite the account apparently being paused. Ombudsman and FSCS aware and investigating. Get out while you can. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

Seamless, expert support with an fantastic system.

I've been with Tide for almost 2 years, from start up of a design studio working for social and commercial change. In this time, the whole system of banking, personal support and the sense of banking with a company that truly cares is evident. I've recommended Tide to several clients and peers and will continue to do so. Recently I was a little worried about an international client being able to pay with the Swift system with the tragic developments with Russia and Ukraine, but I received support very quickly, helping my client in Singapore feel confident about paying easily to us as a UK-based company.
