Ease of use, and I love the invoice feature!

Used Tide as my account for my consultancy business. Found it really to use and I love the built in invoice creation feature. That saves me hours doing it manually. Support have been good also, dealing with any questions or small issues faced. I highly reccomend! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2020

Tide helped us start and grow

We had an idea to start a business. We had a proven idea, proven market but no finance or bank to help. Tide gave us that opportunity! We started trading as soon as we opened our Tide account and over 2 years later we are going strong. We couldn’t have done this without Tides support. Very easy to deal with, queries dealt with almost immediately and the support service is quick and responsive. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Tide to all my friends and associates. A quick and easy solution to business banking

I stumbled across Tide online and thought I would give them a go whilst I was still waiting (1 week in) for my current business account application to be finalised. Tide had everything up and running before I even had a confirmation letter from my bank. It’s just all so simple with Tide; transferring cash is easy, creating invoices is easy, managing your card is easy and all this wrapped up in a brilliantly laid out interface. No fuss, no hassle! And it leaves you to get on with your business. Also, if you do ever stumble across a problem the in app customer service is brilliant and you get an answer back from someone in minutes. Simple and great service

Easy on boarding - really simple app based banking without the red tape of high street ‘relationship managers’ who have no power at all. Keep doing what you’re doing. The service has only got better over the last 12 months. Roll on the next 12. Reviewed on: 1st February 2020

Modern & convenient business banking

My experience of switching my business bank has been very positive! Absolutely love that Tide auto-categorises income and expenditure, cutting out the need for accountancy software. The only con I can think of is I have had a few occasions of difficulty making purchases on some websites, shop retailers and petrol stations auto-pumps(!) Something about the card type?
