My experience of switching my business bank has been very positive! Absolutely love that Tide auto-categorises income and expenditure, cutting out the need for accountancy software. The only con I can think of is I have had a few occasions of difficulty making purchases on some websites, shop retailers and petrol stations auto-pumps(!) Something about the card type? From the start I have been impressed with everything, from how my card arrived, to the simplicity of their app and recently with their quick and to the point communication. When I decided to be more professional with my new business I looked at getting a business bank account. Most had fees and seemed outdated, but Tide was different. Online and super easy to set up, I had my business bank in minutes and felt in control of my finances via their easy to use app. Customer service has been great so far, I recommend them to any businesses looking for a new business bank.
