Expensive but easy to use

I have been with Tide for 2 years and most of the time i have been happy with the service. If anything goes wrong though its hard to get in touch with anyone as its only app based with no one to call. The fees are higher then most other banks at the moment so im looking to switch. Easy Business Banking

Having banked with High Street Banks in previous business ventures over the years, I thought I would try something different when I setup my latest company 3 years ago. I was a bit sceptical at first, but I guess that’s because I could always visit the branch of my bank before. Years ago I knew the manager & staff, but that’s changed now so it doesn’t matter about having that personal side to banking anymore. Tide offered free Limited company setup & just made everything easy. I can do everything I need to on the app from my phone or tablet, which for me is great as I operate all over the south of England & Wales. I can Email anything regarding my account from the app to my accountant whenever required & regular tweaks they make are making it better all the time. Thankyou & well done to all at Tide. Excellent service

I have used tide for 2 yrs now, excellent service so easy to use and set up, also can send invoices etc at no additional cost. It takes the worry away from banking when you have the pressure of setting up a business. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
