Who need High St Banks

Used to bank with High St Bank until had fraud on my account, i reported to the bank and was assured it had been stopped . I was told to contact them the following day , which i did , only to be told that the money had gone. to my case to the financial ombudsman and 18 months later i got my money back, shocking way to treat customers .
