Customer Support is Excellent

In a time when customer support is an unhelpful bot repeated FAQ's, Tide really stands out. They didn't have a lot of features when I first signed up, but they are continuously improving their product and it always seems to be in the right direction. One thing I hope they never lose is their customer support. Any time I have any sort of issue, question, or misunderstanding, their live chat puts me straight through to a human who get everything straightened out for me before I have time to get frustrated. Tide is a bank that is close to its client , they are always very reactive , not only they managed your money so well , but they also add extra services to have your business enshrined and eases your daily tasks , services such as invoicing , accountant , legal advice. Tide bank are always near you and make you feel like it’d more than a bank , it’s like a business partner who really cares about your business. I recommend Tide to everyone. When I set up my company, I had great difficulty opening a business account with the high street bank I had been using for my personal account for 35 years. Opening an account with Tide was so easy, a couple of hours and it was live and my debit card arrived the next day. I can't fault Tide in any way as it has been such a positive experience!
