We have operated a Tide Ltd Company account for over 2 years, today without any prior notice or giving a reason they closed our account, one week before Christmas, we had payments going into the account today rejected, and staff to pay for Xmas etc in the coming days, in my opinion this is not a proper bank, they do not offer any services that a normal bank do, customer service is non existent, the only time they contact you is when trying to upgrade you to a more expensive option, their messages service is useless often taking hours or even days to respond I would advise to avoid at all costs. Tiding expectations

Tide has been great for me and my business, been with them for around 2 years and the thing i like most is there UI which is quick and simple with not too many notifications all the time and customer support is great too.
