What I need, when I need it at a price I can afford

I have insured with Total Landlord Insurance for 6 years and more. The have always been efficient and effective. Their online presence is quick and easy and consistent. The information they provide for landlords is in plain English and I have yet to fail to find what I need. Their prices are very affordable. However, what I like best of all and what makes Total Landlord Insurance stand out is their newsletter about landlord and tenant related issues.
