Isa rates good, customer service not sure

Isa rates very good but recently had to make enquiry to customer service which is a chat function. Was waiting 20 min to get a response and when I did was a new representative and had to start from scratch explaining my issue. Not great. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

IDEA AND INFORMATIONS
