App is good.

App is good. I managed to apply for a new account easy enough. My only experience with customer service has been by email to get the promotional rate applied. . No reply for a few days, but resolved quickly. Otherwise I haven’t had any cause to contact for help again since. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Newbie to 212 Trading

I am a newbie to Trading 212. Having researched this investment bank and receiving feedback from others, including Money Saving Expert, I made the decision to open an account. So far so good, I am happy with daily interest updates, being able to track how my investment is progressing. Notwithstanding excellent customer service. Decent but not the best rates
