Reply from Trading 212 Thank you for leaving us a review, Christopher! All interest rates are determined by the banks and/or QMMFs, with which we hold your cash (QMMFs do not apply to the Cash ISA). The central bank rates also influence them, so if, for example, the Bank of England adjusts its base rate, this will impact our GBP interest rates. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we continue to look for ways to improve our services. Trading 212 temporary high interest lure.

I opened a cash ISA with Trading 212 attracted by the high rate of interest. Shortly after, the rate was reduced twice, but kept high for new customers to the exclusion of existing customers. I was unimpressed by this treatment and am now contemplating where to move my ISA to. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
