Very good app and good rates

Very good app, have not used the customer service so cannot fully rate. Cash ISA rates were very good, later dropped a bit but still good. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Any changes to the base rate will be reflected in your rate accordingly. Since the recent changes, the BoE base rate is now 3.75%, which is why our Cash ISA interest rate is 3.60% AER. Still, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to look for ways to improve our services. Response date: 10th February 2026
