Excellent account set up

I recently added a new product to my Triodos accounts which as a business deposit account. I found this easy to set up and the process transparent but also fair and true to their principals by asking me relevant questions around what i would use it for and how i interact with customers and suppliers. Proud to be a customer

I feel proud when I explain to colleagues that my business bank is Triodos. Proud because every penny that is in my business bank account is helping to make a better tomorrow for our children. They are a great bank to deal with - their customer service - when I have needed it - is easily contactable, and you speak to a real person which for me is infinitely preferable to speaking to a machine. use your money for what it matters

With triodos your money won't be used for fracking, coal, weapons or any other moral questionable investment. Online banking is just right but I have to say it has improved during last year's. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
