Excellent account set up

I recently added a new product to my Triodos accounts which as a business deposit account. I found this easy to set up and the process transparent but also fair and true to their principals by asking me relevant questions around what i would use it for and how i interact with customers and suppliers. The only bank that genuinely takes the time to understand our business and then tailor a bespoke product around it. Most banks claim to be relationship banks but ultimately are selling products off a menu with minor customisation. Triodos is genuinely different Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great ethics and great service.

My business has banked with Triodos for 8 years, and I have nothing but praise for them. We selected them as their enviromental and ethics behaviour matched our own views, however we've also found their customer service to be exceptional. Triodos enabled our community to become self-reliant and develop into an excellent place to live, work and visit. By giving us a bank loan we were able to develop renewable energy which means we save carbon and have a long-term income. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025
