Much improved chatline facility It used to take 5 working days to get a reply to questions, but the new chatline gives almost instant answers. So 3 stars has become 5! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Amazing bank that's making a difference

Triodos is a fantastic bank that really makes a difference with your money and gives full transparency in where it's invested. Their customer service team is quick, friendly and efficient, their app is convenient and secure, and it's never been easier to be a customer of a bank. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Social venture banking

21 years of banking without surprises or stupidity. That may not sound like much, but compared to other banks I've used, it's great. I don't want my bank to surprise me; I want the to be fair and uncomplicated. Easy to get on with, and helpful. Good website, though I did prefer the old one. No bull banking, and above all, with brilliant ethics. The Climate and Ecological Emergencies are the biggest medium and long term threats we face. A great ethical bank

Perfect for a caring small business

We've had personal accounts for a while. But my wife and I also have micro social and ethical businesses and finding we could also have Social Venture account has been transformative. As always Triodos's core principles and active efforts to support ethical and eco businesses is paramount.
