THEIR WEBSITE IS EASILY TO NAVIGATE, IT'S VERY RARE FOR ME TO NEED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER ADVISOR, BUT WHEN I DO, THEY'RE ALWAYS MOST HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDABLE, AND THEY DON'T KEEP YOU WAITING ENDLESSLY LIKE OTHER COMPANIES (e.g. VODAFONE) Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

I've been with Triodos for several years - very happy!

I've been with Triodos for several years now, and so glad I am! I switched due to their ethical policies, but also then found that Triodos feels more like a community than a 'bank'. Their customer service (on the very few occasions that I needed it) has been first class. I now try to pursuade others to try Triodos, whenever the subject comes up. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
