Ecellent customer service

I chose Triodos because it was an ethical institution. I would have preferred a bank with physical branches but in fact the excellent online provision together with telephone contact have meant that I haven't missed an actual 'bank' at all. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Someone answers the phone

When you call with an enquiry, someone with a cardiovascular system answers the phone. Simple but priceless compared to the banal customer service waffle bot that drains national productivity and the will to live. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

A people & planet friendly bank

I like that my money is in the hands of a company that doesn't want to trash the planet in order to make a profit. It's good to know that my money is being used to improve the world, not destroy it. A genuine force for good with MY money.

Really easy to transfer in and to use via the app. All the features of an online bank are there and simple to navigate and use. The most important thing though is to look at what they do with my money. This is not a bank which ticks a box by not investing in a couple of areas.
