I love that Triodos is an ethical finance provider,...

I love that Triodos is an ethical finance provider, not investing in fossil fuels or other planet wrecking enterprises, whilst having the best interest of their customers at heart. The banking app is easy to use as well, and customer services are always friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

A fully functional highly ethical current account

My priority with my choices of financial institutions is that my money is put to doing good in the world rather than to making destructive and immoral gain. Triodos does this excellently and I've never had any problems with any service, always easy to use and fulfills all my needs. I recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Changing banks to Triodos is simple

Change to Triodos because old bank were difficult to contact and rarely a human to talk with. Triodos are an ethical,bank which matches our views. Every time we phone the bank we are answered in a short and reasonable waiting time. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Triodos feels new, feels positive, feels different

Triodos breaks the banking norm. Its a very personal experience. They helped me when I needed support managing my debt and enabled me to be more responsible moving forward. (They have a customer for life as a result.) You get a sense that they don't take unnecessary risk and that they look holistically at their lending. It feels new, it feels positive, it feels different. It feels like a community and not a business. I wish more banks took the same approach. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Recent member, transfer of account was easy

I'm a recent member, the transfer of my account was seamless and using the app is great, very powerful. Plenty of information, I've not actually needed to speak to anyone at the bank which is always a good sign. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
