Triodos bank are the most ethical bank on ethical consumer and I love it that my money is doing good just by being held by a transparent company that put ethics first and don't pay big bonuses. I've been with Triodos bank for around 7 years now.

I've been with Triodos bank for around 7 years now. At first I was put off by paying a monthly fee but then I figured that it's less than I give some charities each month. And knowing that my money's in places which are likely to make the world a better place is maybe even more important that charity donations. The security and ease of the account and the app is great and customer service has been amazing - prompt replies to any email or telephone queries. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

A brilliant bank all around

I have been banking with Triodos for years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. I appreciate their dedication to community and the planet as well as their transparency and open communication. The bank has a brilliant app which I use almost every day. Excellent bank.

Excellent bank. The most important thing to me is their ethics, and how they choose to invest. I do not want my money going to weapons, war or fossil fuels, or corrupt regimes around the world, and I feel I can totally trust Triodos to look after my money properly. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Convenient and truly ethical

I've been a Triodos customer for four years, with current and savings accounts. It provides as smooth and efficient a service as bigger banks, a great app and payment options, fair fees and prompt customer service. Above all else, it is truly ethical with investments only in things with positive impacts and this puts it head and shoulders above other banks. I have complete peace of mind banking with them.
