Banking on the Triodos app gives feedback on expenditure and how the balance changes by month eg on groceries, and other areas. Basically it is able to identify patterns of expenditure , which is useful. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Phone app & customer services

Fair and feature-filled

I've been banking with Triodos for over half a decade and I'm always telling others to join my bank! I love knowing I'm part of an ethical movement, and that making that choice doesn't mean I have to settle for less features. The monthly fee is low and fair, switching from my high street account was straightforward and the app has been updated and improved across the years. I am really appreciating the new "insights" feature. I also think it's great to be able to change my spending limits using a few quick clicks. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
