Feel good

Great ethical account, easy to use app.

Great account, easy to use app. Easier to set up payments. Sometimes quirks with some payment systems but that may not be Triodos fault. Like the comfort of knowing my money doesn’t fund bombs or environmental destruction, but actually funds positive projects. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Benchmark for ethical banking and customer service

Triodos’ ethical values align with my values, which for me is very important. Their customer service is outstanding - local (as in UK-based), responsive and efficient. Most importantly, with Triodos I don’t get stuck in frustrating bot loops when I reach out to them. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos provides a good straightforward current account service for a small monthly fee with the knowledge that all my money is being used for lending to organisations which are sustainable or ethically based. The app is easy to use, efficient and uncluttered (unlike the NatWest app I used to use which got steadily worse over the years with over-large font forcing users to scroll through screens to find what they are looking for and extraneous features and information getting in the way of using the app).
