Do well to date

I have not had an Triodos current account for long, but have found it easy to contact a member of the team and to get information from the bank. The app is very user-friendly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos: the human bank

Triodos is the only bank where I can actually speak with a human being easily (i.e. without being kept on hold for 10, 20 and even 30 minutes!). Every query and exchange I have had over the phone has been responded to quickly and professionally. Online banking is clear, intuitive and accessible. I would not go back to any of the big banks now "for love nor money!!" Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

They tell you what they're doing with your money!

For me it's deeply important to know what my money's supporting while it's held by a bank. And Triodos are absolute pioneers of actually telling us exactly what they're doing with it. Great ethical account, easy to use app.

Great account, easy to use app. Easier to set up payments. Sometimes quirks with some payment systems but that may not be Triodos fault. Like the comfort of knowing my money doesn’t fund bombs or environmental destruction, but actually funds positive projects. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
