Very impressive ethics.

I am very impressed by their ethics and by the noble projects they support, which align with my own values. My own banking is very easy to keep track of via the app and I value the occasional alerts regarding extra expenditure in some areas. Ethical stance and ethos

Insurance needs managed professionally and with patients as I am vulnerable adult. Account easier to use and when I needed a replacement card, I managed to chop up the new one!!! Quickly resolved. As i am not independently mobile my carer took me to the post office and unfortunately your card was rejected. Very many of my family/friends that I joinyour Banking a seem to know about youabTrio. Ethical bank with great customer service

I have banked with Triodos for many years. On the odd occasion when I needed assistance I spoke to a human being which these days is a rarity. They were always polite and knowledgeable and resolved the issue promptly. In a world where customer service seems to mean very little Triodos are definitely bucking that trend!
