Very impressive ethics.

I am very impressed by their ethics and by the noble projects they support, which align with my own values. My own banking is very easy to keep track of via the app and I value the occasional alerts regarding extra expenditure in some areas. Customer service has been outstanding on the few occasions that I have needed help and support. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Ethical stance and ethos

Insurance needs managed professionally and with patients as I am vulnerable adult. Account easier to use and when I needed a replacement card, I managed to chop up the new one!!! Quickly resolved. As i am not independently mobile my carer took me to the post office and unfortunately your card was rejected. Very many of my family/friends that I joinyour Banking a seem to know about youabTrio. I think the main reason that I selected your bank was ethical stance and ethos. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
