A bank that makes the world a better place

When I've had to contact Triodos the staff are always really friendly and I've always got through quickly. The app has recently had a big upgrade. It feels great to bank with a company that is using your money to help make the world a better place unlike most high street banks which are financing and accelerating the climate crisis. Ethical, open, innovative - the bank for me

My principal reason for banking with Triodos is its ethical and innovative approach in every aspect of its business. I also like their openness, and the fact that they charge a small amount for running the account - it may not cover the cost, but gets away from the idea that we should expect to get services for free. Customer services are excellent, prompt in replying and knowledgeable. No chatbot to contend with! I'm more than happy with the Triodos, I'm proud to be part of it. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

An ethical bank providing excellent customer service

I am delighted to have a bank which invests in a way which supports my principles of sustainability and environmental awareness. I have always found the customer service to be excellent - a swift response to phone calls and speaking to a real person resulting in a resolution of the problem.
