Helpful friendly staff when you need to speak to someone, although the website and communication are so good this is rarely needed. Banking app is well set out and easy to use. Paying bills and transferring money much easier than with our other bank. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Best bank without a doubt

Most high street banks spend our money irresponsibly, largely funding fossil fuels. Yet one of the effective ways we can fight climate change is with who we bank. Triodos is different. They invest our money responsibly, look after it responsibly and offer excellent customer service. I recommend them to everyone and couldn’t fault it. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

great ethos, ethics and customer support

It is incredibly easy to talk to a friendly, helpful customer support representative on the phone. I feel very happy that the money that I bank with Triodos Bank is going towards positive projects and I am aware of a few great projects in my community that have been made possible because of affordable Triodos Bank Loans. Reliable and swift customer service. I've been happy with the product and delighted not to be giving my money to a bank that does not invest in weapons or companies doing environmental harm.
