Whenever I have had to phone Triodos about any account queries or issues, the Customer Services Team have always dealt with my issue with professionalism, understanding and explained things clearly regards to how the account works. They have always been respectful and polite, when discussing any missed D/D. When I lost my phone and was worried about security on my account. They reassured me and explained how the bank dealt with such issues. On another occasion I had had a large amount of money debited from my account. I phoned Triodos the person I spoke to was attentive, patient and listened carefully. She made me feel less anxious and talked through about how they would recover the money and when the money would be returned. Having children, that have various financial needs, it was a relief to know that, it was going to be resolved in a timely manner. I have always had a positive experience with Triodos whenever I have contacted them with account queries. The account is easy to manage and works well for those working. I can make transfers easily and access money with ease. Setting Direct Debuts up is straight forward, along with managing them on the app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical convenient easy banking

Excellent experience with easy to use app and friendly and very helpful customer service via app chat when needed some help. Most importantly provide ethical banking which is so important in the world with climate crisis and wars, what we do as a group matters, and it’s not okay to invest in arms, exploitation or cruelty to animals or people.
