Amazing service, ethical banking at its best.

Great customer service, really easy to use their online banking and app.. whenever I need to call there is least a quick answer and they are super helpful and friendly. Wonderful to speak to a real person!

Excellent customer service .great app.

Communication with the bank is always easy, and clear. Messages come through with updates regularly, and customer service is excellent - helpful real humans who answer my calls speedily. The app works really well, and ApplePay is a welcome recent addition. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I adore triodos!

I adore triodos! They are an excellent bank generally - all the services you need with a current account - but they are brilliant in that they do so much good with the money they make, unlike most banks who, sadly, invest in awful companies. It feels so good to have found such an ethical bank, I'd recommend them to anyone. They are making real a difference to so many smaller, environmental and ethical start ups - if you want your money to be doing good at no extra work to yourself, this is the bank. Fantastic Ethical Bank

Triodos have a banking app which is simple and easy to use. Also, recently, I have £400 spent from my account fraudulently, and Triodos resolved it immediately. As soon as the money left the account, I rang them up. They talked through what happened with me, arranged a replacement debit card, put £400 back into my account, and investigated the matter.
