Great experience

Triodos is the best bank I've ever been with. Customer service has always been extremely responsive and resolved issues quickly. The app is really intuitive and user-friendly. And above all, I know that my money is doing some good in the world, not supporting the world's worst oligarchs like it would with other banks. FRiendly, accessible and efficient

The online site and the app both work very well and have acquired now features recently that I find helpful and accessible. I have never had to wait for someonme to answer the phone, and they are always without exception patient, friendly and polite - and importantly deal with whatever I want to talk or ask about. great service, reliable easy simple app, great ethics

The app is reliable and easy to use and navigate. It is thankfully plain and straightforward, keeping it easy to use and compatible with low-end phones. Customer service are responsive, helpful and friendly. The cherry on the cake is that I can see the direct impact of each of my accounts from within the app in terms of CO2 savings, organic meals, etc. It's a really nice feel-good touch and a good reminder of both why you're with them and to act ethically elsewhere in your life.
