Service and ethics for the win!

Have banked with Triodos for a few years now and really appreciate that they provide all the services of a high street bank but with the knowledge that my money is being invested ethically and in line with my own personal values Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Robust simple banking

I made an ethical switch & couldn’t be happier.

I have always tried to bank ethically since 2008 and switched to Triodos in 2021 when I discovered them. I like how you can see the positive impacts around the world Triodos bank is making - either via the app or website. Online banking is a breeze & secure, also with an easy to use app just for a low cost monthly account fee. I’ve only needed customer services 4 times over the years, but both the messaging service and phone lines have been hassle free and with friendly staff, helping to resolve my problems promptly - problems that have had nothing to do with Triodos themselves, but I have required their assistance with. I’m so glad I made the switch, and as long as you aren’t someone who needs to pay in cash, then I recommend making the switch. Cheques can be paid in, though these have to be posted off to their HQ. Those are really the only things that I can see as a downside that would be valid reasons for not switching! Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical banking made easy.

Ethical banking made easy. They're always making changes to improve their services, and I'm very happy to pay a small fee to keep banking just and fair. I've been a customer for over 15 years and have nothing bad to say. Also delighted that they're now on apple pay. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
