More than just an ethical bank

I moved to Triodos as it was the most ethical bank, not investing in climate destroying fossil fuels and investing in positive projects to support people & the planet. I've been really impressed how well they also provide all the usual banking services and how easy their app is to use. With no loss of service or function - why would you not choose an ethical bank?! I'm happy with Triodos; a force for good in the world.

I'm very happy that my money is being used as part of a vital force for good in society, with a bank that sets an excellent example in its support of forward thinking, sustainable, socially orientated, and ethical enterprises. Furthermore I've always, without exception, received excellent customer service: - phone calls are always answered quickly, and dealt with in a friendly, efficient and helpful way. After having my cards stolen and used, my account was reimbursed with no problem and cards replaced quickly. Also I appreciate the very good value for money and the fairness of the £3 a month current account charge. The website is easy to use, its very easy to access, make payments, and move my money.
