Triodos - A bank you can talk to!

As a relative newcomer to Triodos, I have found it refreshingly welcome to be able to speak to person, rather than be faced with picking my way through vast amounts of on-line information with only a chat bot on offer. The advisers I have spoken to have always helped me make decisions, giving the pros and cons of the different accounts available, pitched at the right level for someone not used to changing banks or investing. Banking excellence

Never had a problem with them, easy Banking app to use, quick to update my account. Not overwhelmed with email communications and those I do receive keep me well informed and offer good advice. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I switched to Triodos after reading and article about ethical banking and am so relieved to know my money is being used for good and not to do more harm in the world. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

VE NEVER REGRETTED

I use both desktop and mobile banking services, though the mobile banking is very comprehensive now so I do most of my banking on my phone. The new app is very clean and easy to use. Triodos takes security very seriously and I always feel like my money is being protected. All my monthly bills are handled through my Triodos current account and my state pension is paid in there. I have found that Triodos is not available as a payment option in Payit for NatWest and I have had a few online payments have failed and I have had to us another card. I suspect this is more to do with the other parties in each case. I have never regretted moving my banking to Triodos as part of my wider effort to leave a smaller footprint on the planet. Extremely satisfied with Triodos

Very satisfied with Triodos and extremely glad that a bank like this exists. The recent updates to the App have also made a huge difference to the user experience.
