Good reliable bank

I have been with Tríodos a few years and they have been disappointment free. I have found them good and reliable and they were one of if not the best ethical bank I could find when opening. Only area I struggle with them in international transfers as they are a bit convoluted so use a different account for them. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

They are always friendly

Staff are always friendly, helpful and responsive.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and responsive. Waiting times to get through to a real person are short. I love knowing that my money is being used ethically and that these ethics extend throughout the organisation. The only drawback is I cant go into a bank and deal with someone face to face but my phone experience and convenience of using the app and website mean I get a first rate serviceanyway. Good at listening.

when ever l need help with something , a quick call to Triodos and you get to talk to a real person. They're always kind and patient. While you're on the phone with them, they explain how to do the thing you want and wait while you try it, that's great. l've never had such a helpful bank before. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
