Triodos stay in touch in a non intrusive way - they let me know how I’ve spent my money and about any changes in my spending habits - they communicate respectfully and have supported me to save money which I’ve never managed to do before - Their App is easy to use and I’ve been able to set up and cancel regular payees easily. I feel in safe hands.

I feel in safe hands. Triodos contacted me about suspicious behaviour on my account that I hadn’t even noticed. They picked it up on the day the first scam payment was taken, cancelled my card, advised me how I had been scammed. My new card arrived a couple of days later.
