Triodos stay in touch in a non intrusive way - they let me know how I’ve spent my money and about any changes in my spending habits - they communicate respectfully and have supported me to save money which I’ve never managed to do before - Their App is easy to use and I’ve been able to set up and cancel regular payees easily. I feel in safe hands.

I feel in safe hands. Triodos contacted me about suspicious behaviour on my account that I hadn’t even noticed. They picked it up on the day the first scam payment was taken, cancelled my card, advised me how I had been scammed. My new card arrived a couple of days later. Triodos - A bank you can talk to!

As a relative newcomer to Triodos, I have found it refreshingly welcome to be able to speak to person, rather than be faced with picking my way through vast amounts of on-line information with only a chat bot on offer. The advisers I have spoken to have always helped me make decisions, giving the pros and cons of the different accounts available, pitched at the right level for someone not used to changing banks or investing.
