Satisfied customer

The account is online on an app and has performed effectively and reliably, when I have contacted Triodos the response has been immediate, helpful and human. I chose Triodos due to some poor behaviour from other banks over the years, too much focus on selling financial products and losing sight of the customers as people rather than profit making opportunities. I’ve been really happy with the bank I use for my current account. Customer service has also been consistently reliable. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, it’s been easy to get in touch and the responses have been helpful and efficient. It’s reassuring to know support is there when needed. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free experience.
