I’ve been really happy with the bank I use for my current account. Customer service has also been consistently reliable. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, it’s been easy to get in touch and the responses have been helpful and efficient. It’s reassuring to know support is there when needed. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free experience. So glad I switched to Triodos. Knowing my money is with an ethical bank feels good and I recommend anyone to do the same. The app is easy to use, fee is low and customer service has been excellent.
