Excellent Customer Service

I bank with Triodos because I value its ethical investment policies. Also the customer service is excellent. When you telephone you always get to speak to a person very quickly and they can always answer the question. Secure messages also receive a very prompt response. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Looking for positive impact banking

Best bank for people and planet

Triodos is simply excellent, I've never experienced any issues with my card or account that were not quickly resolved and you can feel great knowing your money is also helping the planet. I also have a savings account with Triodos and I've found that the interest rate is competitive and they never unfairly reduce it. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

It's All There,ethical, practical

The simple facts of an ethical bank providing standard customer banking but adding green credentials too gave me a reason to jump ship away from the run of the mill service, something id not come across,so I was delighted to find Triodos provided everything I needed.Superb in my opinion it was a no brainer.
