Love the ethos of the bank.

Love the ethos of the bank. Love its post growth messaging and aims to genuinely change the world for the better. Very unlike most banks who are happy to plunder the planet’s resources making life harder for most people on earth to pay out a few at the top. Love their emails and the feel of positivity and community - a rarity in a digital stream of bad news. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Trust my money is in good hands and benefits the planet

Great bank where you know your money is investing only in ethical companies and projects, so there is benefit to the planet and people rather than huge corporations such as those involved in fossil fuels. Interest rates are competitive but that’s not the most important thing, their ethical credentials are the best! They’ve always been super helpful when I’ve contacted customer service too. Twenty five years of reliable and trustworthy service as an ethical bank. Both savings and investments. Confidence grew enormously when the recklessness of other banks was revealed in the banking crisis. Good bleat communications , rapid responses to queries, and they do what they say - transparently.
