A bank that actually cares and assesses investment based on real values that affect all of us. Easy to set up account, quick responses and great customer service. Feel good all round. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

A bank that gives

I switched to Triodos Bank because I felt I needed to do more to reduce my carbon emissions. Triodos is a bank which I could be confident would not have any investments in fossil fuels or other industries involved in polluting the planet. However, right from the outset, I was pleasantly surprised by aspects of the service provided by Triodos, in addition to its ethical investment strategy. For example, it is the only bank I have ever been with, which has sent me a guide on how to avoid fraud. I like the fact that Triodos gives its customers information on some of the companies it has chosen to invest in. I was even invited to attend an annual meeting (which had to be cancelled because of coronovirus restrictions), to find out about the bank's investment strategy etc. Triodos wants its customers to know what it is doing with their money, unlike the high street banks! A bank that respects the planet

I have banked with Triodos for many years. I know they will treat my money in an ethical manner. I do not want to support polluting industries, armaments, fossil fuels or companies who abuse their workers. I know they will actively invest in projects that are important to me and sustainable. If only all bank were like this, the concept of "money" might be viewed differently. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Excellent all round

An outstandingly good bank

Everyone I have ever spoken to at Triodos has been delightful and it is a real pleasure to deal with them. I wish I had more money to invest with Triodos because I trust them 100% and I find the projects they support super inspiring and believe that they, quite literally, make the world a better place. I love this bank!

Positively and actively ethical

The Triodos Bank ethical ethos differs from some other banks in that they are both positively and actively ethical. Instead of making sure that they choose investments that are not putting money into ethically questionable industries, they actively choose to put money into industries and businesses that are making positive changes.
