Triodos supports ONLY those organisations and initiatives which are demonstrably committed to positive social or environmental change. The app has a very easy interface, investment charges are low, investments have positive social and environmental impacts, and the customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

I'm very happy to have found Triodos. Ethical investment is so important and the quality provided (the app, easy of use etc) is equal to - and better then - traditional banks. Setting up an account was so easy, everyone should open an account here. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Customer service is the best i have experienced in the UK. Having wasted weeks of my life calling customer services in other banks\organisations and giving up after an hour on hold, Triodos Bank was amazing.
