I have been a member of Triodos Bank for decades.

I have been a member of Triodos Bank for decades. I am v. pleased but for one thing. I could not deal with the process of applying for a current account. I have savings, investments and, my first, Foundation Shares in the bank. I have attended a number of General meetings and enjoyed them. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Planet-saving investments.

The bank provides continuous and useful information about how the money I have invested with them is being used. It is reassuring and important to have a chance to put my money to good use in these troubled times. We must do all we can to protect the planet. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

The Best ethical investment I have found,

I have always wanted to invest my money ethically and Triodos as met this need whilst providing a good return on my money and full transparency as the where my money goes. Couldn't ask for more. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

I can see where my money is going.

I can see where my money is going. I am kept informed about the progress of ethical and sustainable investments by the bank. I have always found that the customer service team efficient and clear when giving information. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Who cares? Not Barclays. Changing 40 years of habit.

After banking with Barclays for almost 40 years (since starting a student account), it was high time I (as a "valued customer") challenge them on their appalling sustainability record. I wanted reassurance and that they could back up their sustainability claims with evidence. After all, I want my savings to be used ethically and sustainably. But despite multiple contacts and enquiries, I heard nothing back and decided to I put my money where my mouth is. After shortlisting a few sustainable banks, Triodos came top to me and I moved my savings to an Ethical Investment plan. I have since opened up further sustainable banking products with Triodos and I urge everyone to challenge your existing bank and if they cannot back up their claims, move your money where it will do good. Our planet 'needs' banks like this more than ever.

I first became involved in investing with Triodos following my son and myself looking all over for ethical ways to invest some money. This was not an easy task! But it seems that Triodos are one of the few places that we found that are entirely open about not only who they invest with but how this money is spent. This was so wonderful to discover in a world driven by financial profits at any cost to life and humanity. In addition, whenever I have had an isuue I needed to speak to someone about not only are they easy to contact but they are patient and explain clearly and in a friendly manner, whatever I need to clarify or arrange.
