I feel very happy placing my money with Triodos. They place ethical and environmental considerations first, whereas for most banks these come second to profitability. And this ethical approach is also reflected in the honesty and transparency of their communication with me as a customer, so I feel confident they will keep me fully informed. Triodos are the human face of banking.

Triodos is the best bank available.

Triodos customer services is always excellent. I love knowing that even my little hard earned money is invested in good, ethical causes, helping us move towards a better future. Knowing that I'm not only looking after myself but letting my money be used to help others is great. And whenever I need something, they help me very quickly. It's not perfect (being able to deposit cash would be very helpful), but it's pretty near it! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
