Triodos's care for planet and people is exemplified by its customer service: you get a real human being when you call! It is great to have a bank that shares my values. When I read about how and where - ie in which projects - the Triodos bank invests the money that I, and many others, save with them, I feel great pleasure and satisfaction that my money is being used well and responsibly. This bank has through the years obviously put a lot of energy into researching how to give grants to many different sorts of really worthwhile and cutting edge Eco projects and businesses.
