A positive experience in every respect

The account offers a competitive interest rate. and access online banking is easy to use, thus offering a very positive experience. In the process of swapping all my banking to Triodos

I have been a saver with Triodos for nearly 2 decades, originally opening an ISA with them, later the Online Saver account. I have had no issues, but then no interactions either, I've simply put money in and taken it out when required. I've been meaning to extend this with the addition of the current account for some years, but have never got round to it due to the feeling of safety, knowing my current bank knows my spending history and will quickly flag up anything out of the ordinary. Something I imagine holds many people back from changing banks. I made it my new years resolution to make the switch this year and have now applied for the current account and await it's processing.
