A positive experience in every respect

The account offers a competitive interest rate. and access online banking is easy to use, thus offering a very positive experience. When needed the customer service team are available via the telephone able to provided friendly, helpful and competent advice and information. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical savings with a competitive interest rate.

I would have been happy to sacrifice some interest in order to have a savings product that invested in ethical projects. However, the interest earned with Triodos is actually competitive with my high street bank! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Really great way to save, and to know that I'm support sustainability at the same time. I've never had a problem and the website is super easy to use. I use the Online Saver Plus which is great, and is going to be really useful when I'm looking at buying my first home. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Kind to myself and others.

Triodos is TOP of the Ethical list with Ethical Consumer. I have attended their AGM's in Bristol where I have met the CEO and other staff and chatted informally, whilst also meeting other Justice/Ethical like minded souls. I like knowing where my money goes and loved reading the old fold out paper magazine, seeing real people in real life situations in the country where I live, which I can now do on-line. I wanted, as a Quaker, to live a kind life to myself and others; I trust Triodos provides this with the money I have to invest. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

A bank for the planet & people.

Marvellous online banking.

Setting up my account online was very easy as was transferring money from other bank accounts. I love the fact that Triodos is an ethical bank that supports communities and projects that impact positively on our local areas. So refreshing compared to the traditional banking sector. I also really appreciate the regular contact sharing what is being funded and other activities supported by Triodos. It makes me feel happy that my savings at Triodos may be helping a business get set up or other worthy projects.
