They are open about how my money is invested in projects that are sustainable, ethical and vital for people and the planet. They are easily contactable by phone when needed. Thus Triodos in many ways exemplifies both the personal and the socially- and environmentally-conscious business-related dimensions of what banking has often claimed to provide, but in the vast majority of current practice has failed so to do.
